Ina boasts over 20 years of experience, demonstrating versatility in various roles, including business development, contracts management, project management, project engineering, supply chain management and more. His experience spans multiple industries and countries, with significant contributions to projects in South Africa, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Russia. These projects encompassed areas such as Mining & Minerals, Power Generation, Utilities, and Oil & Gas. Throughout his career, Ina has held key positions at notable organizations, including Sasol Synthetic Fuels, Eskom Rotek Engineering, TenovaPyromet, Lonmin, Royal Bafokeng Platinum, WSP, Accenture, and more.
In his current role as Managing Director, Ina’s responsibilities extend to providing strategic direction, fostering growth, and enhancing the organizational capacity to fulfill the company’s mission, strategy, and value commitment. His leadership is characterized by ambition and determination, driven by the vision to position Pinault Group as a leader in its target markets.

A seasoned engineer and business leader with over 20 years professional experience, complemented by a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu Natal, a Management Advanced Programme: Leadership in Oil and Gas from Wits University and a membership of the South African Facilities Management Association, among other credentials.
Lesego’s corporate experience was amassed during his long and eventful innings in petrochemicals where he held various roles across the various businesses within Sasol, specifically Sasol Synthetic Fuels, Sasol Technology and Sasol Oil, while his entrepreneurial experiences accrued during an equally eventful journey as an engineering and construction entrepreneur where he has led a wide diversity of private and public infrastructure projects, particularly in water and sanitation.
Lesego’s main areas of expertise include reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, mechanical engineering, project engineering, contract management, construction management, asset management and quality management.
His role at the Pinault Group extends from operations to people, marketing and business development. To this role, Lesego brings an adaptable character typically lauded for his ability to navigate with ease the continuums of strategy–operations, ideation–delivery, process–people, chief among qualities that account for Lesego’s success as project manager, entrepreneur and business leader.

Building on a base of a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Wisani has accumulated more than 6 years working experience in the engineering and construction industry as construction manager and project manager.
Her infrastructure industry exposure stretches from bulk water pipeline installations to road construction, commercial buildings, retail fuel stations, commercial fuel stations and fuel depots.
A conscientious manager and pragmatic problem solver, Wisani has demonstrated a remarkable ability to get results in demanding and unpredictable situations.
An ambitious professional and visionary, Wisani recently completed a BSc (Hons) in Construction Project Management, which will not only magnify her credentials and capacity, but will also be instrumental in the realisation of Pinault’s vision of innovative leadership in the industry and beyond.
